What is a day for you?
Did you experience before to catch the sunrise and sunset of the day in a day?
For me sunrise, means the start of the day and sunset, means the end of the day.
I had great experience to get a chance to see sunrise and sunset in a day when I was in vacation at Lang Tengah island.
It was a great experience but you need to sacrifice your bed time and wake up early to catch the sun before it rise. On that day, we wake up at 5 a.m. and jungle tracking to the other end of the island to get to see the beautiful view of sunrise at Lang Tengah. The journey was quite tiring but it worth it! and this is the first time I see sunrise. It was so beautiful and I feel relax by listening the sea wave and get fresh morning sea breeze. It boost up my day!

The sunrise make me feel that this will be a brand new day and everything will be smooth and great! It make me feel fresh and energetic although I not enough sleep. Ahahaha!
After watch the sunrise go back sleep? NO! Our journey just started!! After a light breakfast, we going to explore this island!!! Take picture around the beach, swim, snorkeling, beach volleyball and more. Then we went to the popular scene Lang Tengah to watch the sunset of the day.
The sunset of Lang Tengah Island was at the popular scene of it that previously a movie 'Love You You' that played by Eddie Peng and Angelababy. Actually I know about this island also because of this movie.
The sunset that day was so beautiful. There are no cloud covering the sun and the sky was clear and the sunset create a gradient look of the sky and slowly the sun get down and the sky turn dark and it means the end of the day.

For me it was a great start of the day by watching the sunrise and end it with the beautiful sunset. It make my trip to Lang Tengah more meaningful and memorable.
