just a few simple step to create the effect of it
to get the effect u just have to apply for 3 layers
1st layer
after dry put on the 2nd layer on half of our nail
2nd layer
it so bling~~~
after dry put on the 3rd layer on the top of the nail
3rd layer
dang dang dang dang~
done!
